During this weeks session, we spent three hours on the ipads on the app Brushes to draw from.As you can see some of the drawings lack accuracy, but the main reason behind this was to experiment with the use of the ipads and how technology can be used within art to create or manipulate images. It was very interesting to experiment with the different methods that you can use the app brushes to draw from life. Some of the drawings were more successfull than others and that was due to layering up of lines, using more transparent lines as the underground layers with larger more bold lines as the foreground layers. This created more depth behind the images. The Fifth image was the most succesful as i used a lighter coloured line to create highlights on the image which make it look more realistic and creates depth and tone to the image. With further time i could have developed these images even further to build further layers to create more detail and depth.
